How Payments Work For Hiring
Paying for help on HIÜRD is simple and secure. You stay in control, and your money is protected until the job is done right.
1. Fund the Job
Add your payment when you accept a bid or purchase a catalog service. The funds are held securely in PayVault.
2. Job Gets Done
The skilled worker completes the job. You can chat, share photos, and make sure everything is on track.
3. Release Payment
Once you’re happy with the work, tap “Complete Job” to release payment from PayVault to the worker.
How Workers Get Paid

2. Complete the Work
Do the job as agreed. Stay in touch with your customer through in-app messaging and photo sharing.
3. Get Paid
Once the local marks the job complete, payment is instantly released to your account through PayVault
